Service Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery (Shipping):
All our services are delivered digitally/online through email, phone, WhatsApp, or secure platforms.
Once payment is confirmed, service activation or onboarding usually begins within 24–48 business hours.
Since delivery is digital, there is no physical shipping involved.
You will receive confirmation and complete access details on your registered email/WhatsApp.

2. Exchange of Services:
If you wish to switch to another service plan/package, you may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase (before full delivery of the existing service).
Any difference in fees between the existing and the new plan must be settled before the exchange is processed.
Service exchange is subject to availability and approval by our team.

3. Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds are only considered if the service could not be delivered due to an error on our side or in the case of duplicate payments.
Once a service has been initiated, accessed, or fully delivered, refunds are not applicable.
Cancellations requested before service activation are eligible for a full refund.
