Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

As our services are highly customized and tailored to each client’s specific needs, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work on a project has commenced.
However, under certain exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered, such as:
--> Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
--> Project cancellation prior to commencement, in which case a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation or administrative fees.
Note:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and returned to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

--> All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support address.
--> If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work already completed or time invested.
--> For prepaid service plans or digital products (such as templates, packaged websites, or downloadable materials), cancellations are not permitted once the product has been delivered or activated.
